Why is your starting price so much lower than your typical project range?

The starting price is what a small, well-scoped engagement actually costs us to ship — a 4-page marketing site, a single dashboard, a focused chatbot. Most real projects are bigger than that, so the typical range reflects what most clients end up paying once we scope things properly. We publish both numbers so you can self-qualify before the discovery call instead of after.

Do you charge for discovery calls?

No. The first 30-minute discovery call is free. We use it to understand your scope, ask blunt questions, and tell you whether the project fits. If it doesn't, we'll point you elsewhere. If it does, you get a written proposal in 24 hours.

Question 3

What's included in hosting?

Accepted Answer

For projects on Always-On Partnership, hosting is managed end-to-end on our infrastructure (Vercel / Cloudflare / Hetzner depending on the workload) — domain config, DNS, SSL, CDN, deployment pipelines, daily backups, and uptime monitoring all included. For one-time builds without a retainer, we hand you a fully-configured hosting setup on your own account and document it. You own the bill, we own the setup.

Can we pay in INR, AED, or USD?

Yes. We invoice in INR (India), AED (UAE), or USD (rest of world). Bank transfer, UPI, Wise, and Stripe are all supported. The price is the price — we don't change the conversion based on which currency you pick.

Question 5

Do you offer fixed-price contracts?

Accepted Answer

Yes for Build engagements — every proposal lists a fixed scope and a fixed price. We commit to a delivery date too; miss it and the next sprint is on us. Run engagements (Always-On, Growth, Automations) are monthly retainers with published tier prices, pause-or-cancel with 14 days notice. We don't do hourly billing.

Are taxes (GST / VAT) included in the published prices?

No. Published prices are pre-tax. Indian invoices add 18% GST; UAE invoices add 5% VAT where applicable; international invoices are exempt. Your final invoice always shows the tax line clearly.

What happens if scope changes mid-project?

Accepted Answer

Small changes (under ~5% of total scope) are absorbed without re-quoting — that's just how a real project works. Bigger changes are written up as a change-order with a clear price delta and a revised delivery date, then we proceed once you sign off. We don't surprise-bill.

How are payments structured?

Build engagements are typically split 50% on signing / 50% on launch, or 30/30/40 across milestones for projects over $6,000. Run engagements (retainers) bill at the start of each month. We don't ask for full payment upfront and we don't lock you into multi-year contracts.

Question 9

Do you take equity instead of cash?

Accepted Answer

Generally no. We're an agency, not a co-founder. For very early-stage startups we occasionally accept a small advisory equity stake on top of cash (never instead of), and only when the engagement is at least 6 months and the cap table is already clean. Default answer is cash, in INR or USD, on standard milestone schedules.

What's the difference between Standard, Premium, and Enterprise builds?

Standard ($1,499) ships a sharp marketing site or focused product page up to 8 pages, custom design system, schema and accessibility, 30-day support. Premium ($3,499 starting) adds a custom backend or API integrations, auth and role-based access, multi-currency or multi-region, plus 60-day support. Enterprise is custom-quoted with a dedicated SLA, named oncall, optional on-prem deploys, security review, and 12-month support. Most clients land on Standard. Pick Premium when the brief mentions logins, dashboards, or money flows.

Non-English content	We ship in English by default. Multilingual sites (Arabic, German, Tamil, etc.) are a quoted add-on covering translation, RTL support, and i18n routing.
Ongoing paid-ad management	We can wire conversion tracking, audiences, and pixels into the build, but running Google / Meta / LinkedIn ad spend is a separate retainer.
Domain registration and email hosting	Buy your own domain through Namecheap / Cloudflare / GoDaddy. We configure DNS and connect Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 free of charge.
Legal copywriting beyond the boilerplate	We ship a solid privacy policy, T&C, and cookie banner via the boilerplate generator. Bespoke legal review or industry-specific contracts go through your lawyer.
Stock photography licenses	Photography you provide is fine. Premium stock from Shutterstock / Getty is a pass-through cost. Free stock (Unsplash, Pexels) is included.
Hardware and on-site filming	Brand video shoots, drone footage, in-person interviews. We can plan the production pipeline and edit the assets, but we don't ship a film crew.
